Health & Safety

Elite Scaffolding (Southern) Ltd and it's employees are committed to full compliance with all current Health & Safety legislation. Regular training is undertaken so that all work is completed within the site specific Method Statement and Risk Assessment. These documents are read and understood by all operatives before any work begins.

Elite Scaffolding (Southern) Ltd can also provide regular visual scaffold inspections (chargeable to the contractor).

All scaffolders and trainees are CISRS registered.

Full Public Liability insurance with cover of £10 million "ALL RISK".

Elite Scaffolding (Southern) Ltd can also develop full design, calculations and drawings so that all works comply with TG20:08 and BSEN12811.

As from the start of 2011 the Health and Safety Executive will no longer recognise BS5973:1993 as a standard for the design of tube and fitting scaffolding structures.

All UK scaffolding contractors should now be working towards compliance of TG20:08.
